Plans for new homes off Brooke Road, Oakham

Welcome to our consultation website, where we are presenting our proposals for land off Brooke Road, Oakham. Thank you to all who have taken part in our consultation. Our application has now been submitted to Rutland County Council. This is an outline planning application, which considers the principle of development and access. If outline planning permission is granted, there will be a further Reserved Matters planning application, which will consider the finer details of the proposals.

The information on this site has been prepared to give you an understanding of our emerging vision for the site before we submit an outline planning application to Rutland County Council.

As part of this next phase of consultation, we held a public exhibition to present our emerging plans and offer the opportunity for you to speak to members of the project team and provide us with your feedback.

This exhibition took place from 3pm until 7pm on Friday 24th January in the Wesley Hall at Oakham Methodist Church, North Gate, Oakham LE15 6QS.
